Register for on line Appointments
Before you can start booking appointments with the surgery or use any of the other features, you must first register with Patient Access.
NOTE: your personal information is kept safe and secure when using Online Appointments.
1. At the practice, inform the receptionist that you would like to register for Patient Access. After providing proof of ID (Photographic ID OR proof of address), you will be issued with a unique username or password. If you telephone the surgery and ask to register, you will be told to come to the surgery to collect your login details.
2. On your computer, using your normal internet browser, enter the website address given on your registration letter. Alternatively you can use the link at the top of this page or by clicking on the REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT icon on the home page of our website.
3. Login - using the name and password given to you.
NOTE: for security purposes, if the information is not accurately entered, you will not be allowed access. The surgery is unable to access details of your username and password and if this is lost, you will need to contact the surgery and start the process again.
YOU CAN NOW BOOK APPOINTMENTS ONLINE!
Once logged in you will be able to book, view and cancel appointments.
When you book appointments in this way, you will receive confirmation immediately. There is no need to confirm it by phone or email - please just ensure you arrive promptly on the day!
