Pregnancy Care Planner/Counselling

If you have had a positive pregnancy test and are happy to continue with the  pregnancy:

  • Contact the receptionist and notify the practice of your name, address and the date of your last menstrual period.
  • Ring the midwife on 07500 050 239 as early as possible to arrange booking, discuss health in early pregnancy and plan the rest of the pregnancy.

If you have any concerns about your pregnancy or significant past health problems please make an appointment to discuss with a doctor.

The more you know about your pregnancy and your options, the more you are likely to feel in control. The information given here is based on The Pregnancy Book, which your midwife should give you at your first appointment.
