Our Vaccination Teams are working tirelessly to ensure patients are vaccinated as swiftly as possible. We work with 7 other practices as Swift Primary Care Network (PCN) offering vaccinations from our Vaccination Site at Knowle West Healthy Living Centre. We also work with our neighbouring PCN, Bridgeview Medical, to ensure our patients have the best possible opportunities for vaccination.  We are making great progress. Most of our patients over 75 have had a first vaccination and we are now moving into the next groups (over 70's & clinically extremely vulnerable). 


We will contact you as soon as we can offer you a vaccination and, on occasion, you may hear directly from Bridgeview Medical.        


We are not linked with the NHS letters you may receive offering vaccinations at Ashton Gate but of course you should make the arrangements that best work for you.

Feedbacl & Complaints

We do our best at all times to ensure we look after you well. However we never stop striving to improve and we therefore welcome constructive feedback and suggestions as they help us to identify what we do well and what we may need to change to provide an even better service to our patients.

We would love to hear from you when we do well or with any suggestions for improving our services.  You can provide this by leaving your feedback or suggestions in our Suggestions Box which is located in our lobby. 

We also recognise that we may not always get things right and for this reason we have a robust complaints procedure. Whilst we hope that most concerns can be resolved quickly and easily, often at the time they arise and with the person concerned, where this is not possible, we have a Complaints Procedure, a copy of which you can access below.

If you wish to make a complaint please let us know either by writing to our Practice Manager setting out your concerns or by completing a Complaint Form (available at our reception desk). We will then use our best efforts to resolve your complaint with you.
